Job Description:As an Electrical Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation and construction activities for data centre projects. You will ensure that all electrical systems are installed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical installation activities on data centre construction sites.

• Coordinate with project managers, electrical design engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of electrical installations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during construction.

• Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports and technical drawings.

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, preferably within data centre projects or similar high-tech environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

• Proven ability to manage and supervise on-site construction activities.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
